February 2020 Prayer Letter

Dear Prayer Partners,

We trust the New Year of 2020 has begun with some blessings from God in the mix of it all.  Trials will come . . . and go, but God’s goodness remains!  Thank you for partnering with us in prayers and support.

Thank you also to those who have gathered slightly used English hymnals to mail over.  If anyone else has some sitting around please contact us.  As things move towards English these songbooks are a big blessing.

I preached one morning at a Christmas camp meeting at Immanuel Baptist. It was at Beni village near Bulolo.  One man came for salvation after the morning sessions.  We had some outdoor preaching opportunities last month also, but the biggest blessing was 4 people saved at Kamakaui, about one and a half hours walk up from Kwembu.

The song leader at Kwembu, Bro Alex, has been witnessing to some people there, and working to gather them together.  Bro Gabriel preached once and I preached once.  A couple of other people came and rededicated their lives from backsliding.  Pray for them as they grow.

Other Prayer Points:

  • Continued growth for the new church at Kwembu.
  • Wisdom for teaching as Bible School begins again.
  • Tresa is in the states briefly to help family.
  • Our 7 week trip late May & June for the wedding of our daughter Naomi and Bro. Kyle Scott.

In Him,

Stan Rowe and Family
